What kinds of warranty can I get from Rudjito Glass & Craft?
We will give you two options of compensation for damages products;
a.    We will send the spare parts via courier.
b.    We will send the spare parts together with the goods in your next order.
We will only handle the complaint when evidence in the form of photograph is sent to us by email.

Which designs do you have?
Except for the design in our catalogue, We also accept special designs and/or dimension from you.

Which colors and sizes can you deliver?
Beside our plain mirrors as the standard product, any color and size can also be supplied.

Order Quantity?
The minimum order are 40 pcs of products, and only a 20’ of container is acceptable (approx. 240 pcs of our large size mirrors). Time of manufacture is approx. 1 month.

Price Terms?
Our prices are based on FOB Semarang Port (Central Java, Indonesia) but if you prefer to choose CIF, that is welcome to us too. We also accept TT with the condition 50% of Down Payment upon the purchase order, and the balance must be received after we fax the original B/L. The original documents will be sent by courier after receiving all payment.

Freight Forwarder?
We will sincerely help you in arranging the shipment. We are in good cooperation with many reliable freight forwarders and shipping lines. We can get the best rate and service on this. Or,  if you prefer, you can nominate the forwarder or shipping lines yourself.

Order Cancellation?
There will be no refunds on order cancellations.
